Our online Skin Consultation asks about your skin type, concerns and current routine, then suggests suitable ZARÉVA pieces and a morning and evening routine from the collection — in minutes, at no cost.

Can I book a ZARÉVA skin experience?

Accepted Answer

Skin Atelier experiences are not shop products — they are arranged separately, from $250 for The Signature (75 minutes) to $1,500 for The Private (2.5–3 hours). You can submit an appointment request from the Experiences pages. Requests stay pending until we confirm them personally, so a submission is not yet a confirmed appointment.

Which botanicals do ZARÉVA products use?

Four, used throughout the collections: baobab for softness, shea for richness, marula for a luminous finish, and moringa for freshness and balance. The White Tea + Ginger body and home pieces are built around the house scent of white tea and ginger.

Where can I see a full ingredient list?

Each product page lists its key ingredients. The complete ingredient lists will be published here once the final formulations are complete — we would rather wait than publish a list that doesn't match what you receive.

Are ZARÉVA products clinically tested, dermatologist tested or certified?

We make no clinical, dermatological or certification claims, and we do not state results we have not measured. What we describe is texture, scent and how a product is meant to be used.

Do the products contain nut-derived ingredients?

Shea is pressed from the nut of the shea tree and appears in The Reserve, The Botanical Veil, Body Lotion and Body Butter. If you have a known nut sensitivity, please write to Client Care before ordering and we will tell you exactly what a product contains.

Are the products vegan or cruelty-free?

Accepted Answer

We do not claim vegan or cruelty-free certification, because we do not hold one to point to. As our sourcing and formulation documentation is established, we will publish what is actually true rather than a label.

How are the products sourced?

Accepted Answer

Our botanicals come from Africa — plants with generations of use behind them. As a young house we are building our sourcing relationships deliberately, and will share our partners and practices as they are established.

How should I store and care for the products?

Accepted Answer

Keep skincare and body care away from direct light and heat, with lids closed. Burn the candle for two to three hours at a time and trim the wick before each use; never leave it unattended. For the reed diffuser, place the reeds in the vessel and turn them weekly to refresh the scent.

How do I place an order?

Do I need an account to order?

No — you can order without one. If you do create an account, orders placed with the same email address appear on your Account page, so you can see your own history at any time.

Where does ZARÉVA ship, and how long does it take?

Accepted Answer

We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally, and there is no express option at present. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays. Estimated standard delivery is 3–5 business days after processing — estimates, not guarantees.

What does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $9 for orders under $75, and complimentary on orders of $75 or more.

Question 19

How do I follow my order once it's on its way?

Accepted Answer

When your order ships you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. On the Track Order page, enter your order number and the email address used to place the order — the two must match, so no one else can look up your order. The page shows each step with its date — order placed, shipped, out for delivery, delivered — along with the carrier and a tracking link, and updates as new information arrives.

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

Write to Client Care as soon as you can with your order number. Before an order has shipped we'll do what we can to amend or cancel it; once it is with the carrier it can no longer be changed, and any return follows our returns policy.

Question 21

My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We'll review the issue and, where appropriate, send a replacement or refund. Return shipping is covered by ZARÉVA when an item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped.

What is the return policy?

Accepted Answer

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and body-care products cannot be returned, and candles and home fragrance must be unused. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you instructions. Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund goes back to your original payment method — usually visible within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

My order hasn't arrived. Where do I look first?

Check your tracking first on the Track Order page. If it shows delivered but you don't have the parcel, or nothing has moved for several days, write to Client Care with your order number and we'll follow it up with the carrier.
